1. Pulping system
The pulping system refers to the process from paper to pulp. This process produces usable pulp by soaking, breaking, stirring, and pulping. The raw materials are various waste paper, newspapers, magazines, various paper products, etc.
2. Forming system
The molding system passes through our main pulp molding product equipment, and is assisted by a positive and negative pressure system, so that the pulp is evenly distributed on the mold, and then transferred to the drying system through the transfer mold.
3. Drying system
The drying system can be heated by burning coal, wood, natural gas or electricity, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. Drying tunnel of molded pulp products can be divided into civil construction drying tunnel and steel structure drying tunnel.
4. Packaging system
The finished eggs are packed by the packing machine, and the quantity and size of the packed eggs can be determined according to their own requirements.
5. Positive and negative pressure system
This system provides positive and negative pressure for the molding of the host and the transfer of semi-finished products.
The inner lining of the buffer package is generally made of foam. The introduction of plastic products into the field of daily life has brought a lot of convenience to people.
However, the white pollution caused by some plastic products is also shocking. After waste plastic packaging enters the environment, it has caused long-term and deep-level ecological and environmental problems because it is difficult to degrade.
At present, although the pulp molding manufacturing process is mature, there are also relevant data showing that the cushioning performance of molded pulp products can be improved by the foaming process.
However, the foaming field of molded pulp products is still in the preliminary exploration stage, and there is no specific foaming method available for reference.
Therefore, we need to determine the amount of pulp, the amount of binder, the drying temperature and the drying time according to the relevant data, the analysis of the existing test results and the test data of the finished product performance.
Molded pulp products come from a wide range of sources. Commercial pulp, self-made pulp, scrap from paper processing and pulp from recycled waste paper can be used as raw materials according to different product requirements, which can greatly reduce the packaging cost of waste paper pulp.
