Thus, our Donguan factory can flexibly select the most appropriate production system according to our customers' demands. Production automation and intellectualization have also been realized at Zhiben. As moving forward to the industry 4.0 Process, Zhiben, as one of the bagasse packaging manufacturers in China, fully implement ISO9001, ISO140001, SA8000 International Management System.
To maintain the high-quality of our products, we have adopted the advanced intelligent production management system & intelligent production management of plant energy consumption ---- Automatic Data Acquisition and Cloud Computing Processing. During the production of our products, all the data will be shown on the visual dashboard to let workers know about the real-time KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of energy consumption and the operating system of equipment.
The dustless working workshop has 34 fully automatic molding machines. All the molded pulp used in our products are designed and processed by Zhiben Mold. Mold workshop has 26 die processing centers, including Switzerland Azishamir Processing Center, slowing walking wire cutting machine, electro-discharge cutting machine, Beijing Engraving machine, Taiwan LEADWELL series processing machine & Heixcon 3 coordinate measuring instrument. At Zhiben, you can realize automatic 3-D mould inspection with the accuracy of 0.1μm.
In 2019, Zhiben Group has invested 50 million US dollar in constructing the world's largest automatic plant fiber product industrial park in Kaizhou Chongqing. According to the relevant calculation, the annual production capacity of this industrial park can come to 600,000 tons, and its output value can be more than 1 billion yuan. According to green buildings, solar panels are installed on all roof, which is leading the development of Green Low Carbon industry.
