1. Die-casting production method of surface pattern of molded pulp products

2. How to use the laser to make trademarks and patterns on the surface of molded pulp products

Pulp molding product pattern laser manufacturing method is to use laser to irradiate a certain part of pulp molding product to vaporize or color change the surface material of molded pulp products, thereby leaving a permanent mark.

Laser can print various characters, symbols and patterns on the surface of pulp molding products. The laser beam acts on the surface of the pulp molded product, causing a physical and chemical reaction on the surface of the pulp molded product, evaporating the shallow fibers on the surface of the pulp molded product and leaving traces, so the logo mark is permanent and difficult to tamper with, wear, and generally will not fade.

Some processes that cannot be achieved by conventional methods can be completed due to the small size of the laser after focusing, the small heat affected area and the fine processing. Moreover, the laser processing speed is fast, the cost is low, and computer automatic control can also be realized.

3. Pattern inkjet printing methods of molded pulp products

The pattern inkjet printing method of molded pulp products uses the principle of charged ink particles deflected by a high-voltage electric field to print pattern characters and numbers on the surface of various pulp molded products. It is a high-tech product integrating mechatronics.
