1. The production process of pulp tray


It is very likely that a variety of quantitative analysis components will be added to the slurry tank based on the secret recipe, and the desizing and the addition of agents will be carried out. For example, sizing agents (such as turpentine, emulsifying wax) are used in impermeability grades of pulp moulded products. For non-sticky pulp, be sure to add rosin glue equivalent to 3% of dry chemical fiber; for sticky pulp, be sure to add 1.5%-2%.


Adding light calcium powder as a filler helps to improve the preservation rate. Some manufacturers will continue to add small amounts of oil/water repellent coatings, wet strength agents or retention aids. If you need to make colorful egg boxes or cartons, add additives to the refiner.


2. The whole process of forming the pulp tray


Chemical fiber products need to be stacked symmetrically. In other words, no matter how complicated the appearance of the product, it must be symmetrical according to the regulations.


Forming is a key factor in the production of pulp pallets, and it plays a key role in the quality, bulk density, energy consumption and productivity of the product.


As a common method in the field of pulp molding, the blister molding machine is completed according to the vacuum filtration technology. Put the mold into about 1% concentrated pulp aqueous solution, and rely on the vacuum pump to ensure that the negative pressure is created in the cavity. The chemical fibers often contained in the pulp are evenly accumulated on the surface of the mesh of the mold, and a lot of water is discharged while the vacuum pump sucks fat.


When the product reaches the required thickness, it is migrated from the pulp molding die and extruded and dried until the moisture content of the wet product drops to 75% to 80%. Then the wet product will fall under the effect of air compression in the mold cavity.
