4. Drying process of pulp moulded products
Pulp products generally have high moisture content after pulping and forming, so they need to go through a drying process. The drying process uses gasoline and diesel (gas), electricity or steam, rolling oil or other substances as the heat source, heating the gas, and drying the molded pulp products in warm air (180~220℃), using a centrifugal fan Extract the water volatilized from the product, so as to achieve the actual effect of rapid drying.
